Thai Chi May 2019
Over 2 days, Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th April, Ron from ‘Yogafun’ came to show staff and children ‘Tai Chi’ as another form of non-competitive exercise to complement our yoga sessions.
Tai Chi is a form of exercise that involves the body and the mind. It focusses on correct posture and balance. Research has shown that it improves a child's concentration and inner harmony.
